Adds an animated ranger to the main menu, and cleans things up a bit.

First off. I'm sure you've seen this mod.
Obviously this is the mod that caused me to make my mod. Before I saw this mod I had no idea this was possible. So big thanks to Roadkii for making his mod. Go check that one out.
With that out of the way. This is basically my "Overhaul" of the main menu/startup experience. With a custom Obsidian/Bethesda splash and an animated background for the main menu, a replaced logo(removed, to be specific. The logo is now integrated into the background), and custom music(Specifically, the remake of the FNV theme made for the F4NV project, by Tostikaas. Go listen to that here) For a much cleaner experience in my opinion. I animated the assets myself out of official New Vegas artwork using Adobe After Effects and Photoshop. I split each part of the ranger(Head, body, coat, arms) into individual assets and animated them individually to make it more true to life, rather than just puppet pinning the whole form.
For a preview of the startup, check out This Video. For some reason, the Obsidian splash hitched in the recording, It doesn't do that in game, at least for me.
REQUIREMENTS (Please don't tell me this isn't working if you don't have this installed. It wont work without it. At all.)

Faster Start Menu Loading- This mod is great, it basically just speeds up how quick the menu loads. Works well with this
DarnifiedUI - This mod overhauls the whole UI. It's not necessary but it makes the main menu look a lot cleaner.
