Space Suit + First Recon Beret + Atomic-valence tri-radii-oscillator (Old World Blues). You need a mod to wear the halo with a hat, but it doesn't really clip with any of them.
This mod will also make the run-sneak speed faster [...] and it approaches ridiculousness but hopefully does not cross that barrier
If you didn't like the Stealth Suit MK-II being Medium Armour and changed it to Light, after fully upgrading the Suit and acquiring all of the movement related perks, you'd already look utterly ridiculous whilst sneaking. Can't wait to see how it looks with this added on top.
I actually forgot about that suit! The main goal with this was to make it less horrible to sneak in "walk" mode, but unfortunately the sneak speed multiplier is a single game setting, so you can't boost the "walk" mode sneak speed without boosting the "running" sneak speed also.
