Meant as a companion mod to the CONELRAD 640-1240 Radio mod, adds a small pre-War Civil Defense outpost/fallout shelter northeast of Jacobstown.
To find it, look for a wrecked car on the road to Jacobstown, and follow the hiking trail arrow signs up the mountain.
INCOMPATIBILITIES: The Big Rescue - Blocks the path to Vablatsky Heights. Install after completing that mod's quest and it should be fine.
