   so i'm actually looking for something different ttw now has the hotfix built in but a mod i have requires the old hotfix esp i'm looking for a dummy file (or a way to create one) to satisfy that requirement

   But what if a mod needs stuff in TTW? like the assests and BSAs

      Then you'll need to actually install TTW. But there are mods that don't actually need TTW, but have them set for requirements.
