Great! I've been upvoting certain tags all across the FNV Nexus, but the mods' authors have ultimate power when tagging their own mods. You may consider taking a little time out of your day to tag them with things like 'gameplay changes' or 'quality of life'.
I don't think the legion having gas grenades is right, they don't seem to be the type to use grenades let alone gas ones. I think it would better fit the raider factions instead as they seem to be a better choice
The Legion does use grenades. For example, depending on level, some members of the legionary assassin squad can spawn with incendiary, plasma, and pulse grenades.
A few ideas: - Cloud Grenades. Hopper31 has an awesome mod that does this, but I'd like to see your take on them. - Road Flares. They were in Fallout 2, & I've been wanting a mod that adds them into Fallout NV. - Spore Grenades. Made from the spores from spore carriers. Most effective against humans.
Seeing as Hopper's mod requires NVSE to work, I could see myself making a Cloud Grenade that wouldn't require NVSE, but I feel like it would be kind of a pointless exercise since the effect would likely be very similar to the Gas Grenade, just with a different look.
As far as road flares go, there is a great mod called Light My Flare that adds them and in fact I just uploaded a fix for a form list conflict caused by that mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/68053
Spore Grenades is an interesting concept but I'm not sure what it would do other than poison an enemy. I don't really know if I would be able to make an "explosion" for that.
