Nice! For those who don't see them appearing, at least at 188 where I checked, they don't appear where the description says ("Sweet illegal arms smuggling Arms Mechant Gal at 188 Trading Post of course"). It's actually Alexander at 188 who has them :-) You may need to wait for a few days.
In my case even Alexander didn't have them. Had to manually put the gloves into Arms Dealer's MerchantContainer objecthttps://ibb.co/2dzZtGw 😑

Encountered an NCR Deserter from the attack under the underpass on the way to vegas from 188 that had no armor except the 4 gloves (both sets) idk how rare/unique this is, was installed midsave so maybe thats sometimes why idk but this mod is awesome thank you!!

I checked there, assuming it was the NCR Gun Merchant on top of the bridge, but I was mistaken. Added the gloves via console codes that someone left in the comments. Turns out Blake at Crimson Caravan carries them.
Buddy, if you're going to make a mod, do it right, it doesn't appear on 188 for any of us, we have to do it through the console, what's the point of that?
