Adds in a player craftable unique version of the Chinese Assault Rifle, called Guolong Assault Rifle.
(The Xuanlong Assault Rifle is the "Black Dragon" Assault Rifle. This, being
modified by an American (According to Nathan Vargas), is the "Foreign Dragon" Assault Rifle, having been
modded by a foreigner (to China, where the Type 93 is from.))
The Guolong Assault Rifle has a modified mesh, replacing the furniture with the grip and
stock from the Assault Carbine, The hand-guard from the 12.7 SMG, and a unique set
of iron sights made modified from assets in
User826's Base Game Look-Through Red Dot Sights Modder's Resource.

Requires perk Advanced Gunsmithing
Material requirements are the same as building a Chinese Assault Rifle
in their mod.
Weapon is required to be in inventory to show recipes in workbench.
