    Are there any pictures of what the pinup switcharoos look like? I'd kinda want a nice middle ground between full coomer and unsexily realistic.

      Yeah just look at the mods that plugin requires and you can see what the girls look like. I think they look nice but were... misapplied.

    omg i love the inclusion of "death to fascists"!! its my favorite mod, i HATE fascists so it a lot of fun to torture them in the game. i love it the remnants are screaming for mercy as i burn them alive. serves em right for being racist and fascist. i also installed the arcade sex change mod which is a double burn on the enclave to seeing one of their precious white men feminized into her true calling, dishing out chainsaw revenge on everybody who tried to force her into her cis life as a man. i HATE the fascist enclave. go get em aracdette!!!

      Based and it is good to fight for the rights of all sentient life, I do think regardless of gender the name Arcade is better since it's already neutral sounding and as a Homestuck I like that it has 6 letters.

    Hey, I wanted to say, thanks for making these patches - although I only use a few of them, I quite like how they add consistency to the game.

    Now, I wanted to say - I've been working on making a scriptrunner mod for modifying some text lines in the game, and in the process I found out that it's possible to recreate your Sensible Reputation Titles patch as an ESPless scriptrunner, which helps free up an ESP slot for heavier mod lists. I tested it in-game and it seems to work quite well, with the only caveat being that it requires JIP LN NVSE (which I think your mods already require?) so scriptrunners can work, and possibly JohnnyGuitar NVSE (I'm not 100% sure on that, though).

    Would you be interested in me sending the scriptrunner file to you two so y'all can provide it as an alternate option for people to download it from here? Or can I just bundle it with my own scriptrunner mod (and give credit, obviously)?

    Not to be rude, but you guys should really not include NVAC since it's outdated now and really just tells the game to not stop even when it should. Vivanewvegas gives a detailed breakdown why. To help optimze performance even further, which this mod guide desperately needs, lStewieAl's Engine Optimizations should also  be on the list. It came out a few months before the last update so I can understand why you missed it. "This mod rewrites over 1k functions in the game, improving algorithms and using the latest compilers, to improve in-game performance and significantly reduce load/save times" Also should include Performance of the titans as well.

    • It mostly consists of very generic null checks that allow the program to run even when it should not be able to.
    • It can lead to increased instability and save corruption because of the unpredictable behavior after ignoring an error.
    • Crash logging is impossible with NVAC, meaning you will get nonsensical and useless crash logs.
    • NVAC's aggressive inlining and patching can conflict with other NVSE plugins. Due to the closed source nature of
      NVAC, not every conflict point is known, thus there's always a chance for NVAC to actually cause crashes due to memory corruption.
    • Most engine issues have been fixed in other plugins, meaning that the only use case NVAC has in the modern day is to
      hide issues of "normal" mods (scripts, meshes etc.)

      We don't subscribe to the notion that something being old means you shouldn't use it. There's plenty of old mods that we happily use, NVAC being one of them. The question is just, is there a new thing that does it better. Stewie's Optimizations didn't exist at the time we made this guide, so we naturally were not able to include it, and it's probably best for the stability of our game that we don't ad hoc shoehorn it in. But thanks for recommending it for people making a setup in the modern day who want to try the newer stuff that's out there.

      It's an automated modlist installer. A great tool for players without much experience installing multiple mods at the same time.

    Is this whole organizer a bunch of left wing mods made to justify their respective creator's insecurities? I can see a lot of effort went into these mods, and
    there is some good content here, but from what I can tell, a lot of it is just a bunch of arguably racist, downright disrespectful changes that remove a lot of
    careful design and story nuance that the writers and designers (i.e. PEOPLE A LOT MORE TALENTED THAN YOU) created to make these games timeless. 

    Think of "It ain't broke don't fix it"  but reverse it, and break what has already been made perfect and timeless, and you have this collection.

    There are far better ways to mod your game to unrecognition (for better or for worse) than this steaming pile of current day garbage.

    It's jam packed full of low blows, racism and dead horse beating. 

    As I said before, lots of the mods in this pack are fairly mundane, but a good chunk is just leftwing nonsense. 

    A fairly obvious example: Making Amata black for some fuckin' reason. Not only is this horribly unnecessary because you see Amata onscreen for maybe an hour at most and 10 minutes if you blaze through the story without going back to V101, and I can see an argument where "Oh if she doesnt get a lot of onscreen time then why make a fuss!" annd to that I say, YOU'RE JUST f*#@ing RACIST!  This is TEXTBOOK racism against white people. 

    What's also textbook white racism is changing all the slavers to be white. Now I know that sounds bat, but my point is the devs had a bunch of the slavers black because, well lets paint a picture. Go to NOVAC or megaton, pick out some random shmuck and ask him "Hey do you know what the American Civil War was?" in all likelihood this person will tell you to f*#@ off. In post war slavery, it doesn't matter what color you are, just how useful you are. In fallout 4 You can save a white ghoul kid and sell him to a white slaver named buck. So making that change is not only horribly lore inaccurate, it's racist. 

    I'm not even going to pretend the modder had any idea on the subject of the Enclave. Having anyone and everyone know what the enclave were planning on the rig and calling them fascist (ON THE EAST COAST NO LESS) Is just stupid because only the Chosen one and the people on the Valdez knew what really happened. It's all shrouded in rumors and hearsay, even among rank and file Enclave members.  When the modder calls them "fascists" he is objectively correct, but it's a low blow that kills the nuance that the enclave had in favor of "HURDUR FASCISM BAD!"

    This was supposed to be a short review. 

    Good changes and TTW integration, but it's trying to current day you every step of the way, cannot recommend.  I have to give this mod a solid 1/piss

      - We agree, the designers of Fallout New Vegas and a lot of mods are more talented than us. Unlike some others, we have no shame in admitting comparative inadequacy.
      - If you think anything this patches is perfect, you should raise your standards. Expect better. Even the devs will admit nothing they make is perfect.

      - It's almost like some people don't define everything they do by partisan politics.
      - The Lone Wanderer's mother, Catherine, is black, and so it is biologically impossible for her to be what we as a society typically consider to be white. Amanda is just as black as former President Obama. If you have a problem with the idea that half-black people are usually considered non-white, then join us in arms, our anti-racist comrade! :D
      - Aw no, not defending slavery. Shoot, you were doing so well. Why you gotta be racist against white people and insist they can't be slavers? We believe that people of all races have the capacity to any profession, including the evil ones!
      - Wastelanders won't know anything about an old American war? *stares at Fallout 4 intensely* *hears the patriotic tune of the national anthem while Preston makes you join the MINUTEMEN* lol you don't know Fallout lore
      - The Enclave are fascist. Fascism is bad. If you'd like to know more, consult Umberto Eco.
      - You are either naive or lying. Either one, you're lying and the review was not supposed to be short, because it isn't, or two, you're naive and actually meant to write something short but failed to contain yourself because you just got sooo mad while typing. Either way, it's funny. Fortunately for you, we love to type out long responses when righties like you get triggered by our mod reviews.
      - It was the Mothership Zeta one, wasn't it? lol Always is.

      "It's always the Mothership Zeta one", what do you mean exactly? I came here to see about patching Mothership Zeta Crew for TTW and what it was all about, so this piques my interest. 


      Is there any particular problem or notable change with your Mothership Zeta patch(es) that arouse issues? As in, do they work well, or do they improve the story to stay consistent with Fallout? No offense, but it seems like you guys tend to go hard with the leftist stuff. That's fine, believe whatever, but if I play a mod that mentions fascism by name all the time, I feel inclined to skip over otherwise good stories. Nuanced political views in the post apocalypse (NV writing) is good, but I'm wondering if people tend to complain that your stuff sounds too much like a 2024 election campaign ad. (I'm not a big fan of modern American politicians)

      The Mothership Zeta comment was alluding to our review. On our YouTube channel, we've reviewed the Fallout games, DLCs, and mods. We mention the political bent of them as well in the reviews, and we talked about how Mothership Zeta is hated among fascists for its bias towards liberal humanism and why.

      I tried really hard to restrain myself from posting about this, but seeing your politics plastered all over this "modding guide" made me sick to my stomach. It reads more like a manifesto than a guide. No matter what your cause is, the way you're acting will never ever under ANY circumstance earn you the support of those who are willing to listen. You will only earn more contempt. You can pretend to not care and shrug it off all you want, but you're actually doing a disservice to the values you believe in. You are not so different from those you criticize. I hope you realize that someday.

      Bruh what? Lmao. It's a DLC where you get abducted by aliens, and the silliness of it all is mainly why it's hated so much. I really don't think it's as deep as you're letting on lol.

      Also, Terancehood is right. Many of these changes are pretty dumb and useless. Specifically the race ones. Just cause Garvey and the Minutemen know about America's past doesn't mean the average wastelander does. Hell, most of the Minutemen serving probably don't even know what the Civil War was, just that the faction they're working for is about helping people. As for the slavery thing, while sometimes it is race-based, there's many times where it's not. The majority of slavery in the wasteland is one of those times.

      Overall, it feels like the majority of these changes are just to strengthen your own personal political views and nothing else. Which is very cringe. regardless of what the political views in question are

      Someone takes issue with the idea that a DLC has politics and that a modder has politics and yet has some specific opinions on modding races, ohh nooooo, what are the odddddds lol. No, what's cringe is playing a game about nuclear war and the post-apocalypse and pretending it's all vapid nonsense. By insulting analysis you insult our fandom, begone.

    would a patch be possible to use for the enclave with facction reloaded follower?
    the facction reloaded building is just under the stones inside fir the enclave, if it could be moved a little to one side it would be accessible.
