      I've set up a quest to lead you to it -- "Address Unknown." The quest should trigger as you approach the RepConn test site near Novac. The entrance to the lab is hidden in the basement -- if you continue to have trouble, write again and I'll give you more directions, but I'm hoping you'll have fun finding it.

   Besides or instead of new energy weapons, what about vanilla/DLC energy weapons that a player may otherwise bypass--ex. LAER, Alien Blaster?

      You'll find more details in the Advanced Energy Weapons Manual file I've included. Two versions of the LAER are included, as well as two versions of the Gauss rifle (both attributed in this mod to Tesla...) You can also build a recharger pistol and a pulse pistol. The Alien Blaster, as well as a blaster rifle, can become available if you have the Wild Wasteland trait so you've got an example to analyze.
      
      Much of this depends on finding schematics or notes. I didn't want to make it too easy, but neither do I want to make it impossible. Please let me know if the clues I've planted work out well enough.
