Yall motherfuckers made this s#*! too hard to explain.
If using vortex i can help.

Open vortex, go to "plugins" and look for "Stealth Suit MKII Helmet.esp"
If you look to the top right, you will see two columns: "Load Order" and "Mod index"
Follow the "Load order" column down until you find the number for that mod.
Go to a search engine and search "Hexadecimal number (insert load order number here)"
Whatever the number is, put it in the "xx" spot of xx000B01.
Open the game/ exit the game and open it back up.
    Press ~ and type in "player.additem xx000B01 1"
(xx of course being the number you googled)
Ta da! you have it now. For some reason the people on here are super nerds who refuse to talk like civilized people. I've deciphered their s#*! so you don't have to. Enjoy!

Just go into the console, type "Search Stealth" and it pops up. Mine was in the damn 80s.

the mod is the 11th mod in my load order. the Hex of it, according to Google, is "0B" or "B", none of which work. Any suggestions?

Sorry this took so long to reply to.

      Anyway...
Assuming the mod order number is 11, then it should absolutely be 0b000B01 for you.
I would recommend getting JIP LV NVSE as it allows you to search for items in the console. Plus you dont have to do anything fancy to install it, just download it and put it in your mod list.

To actually find the helmet you might have to get a little creative for the search term, as it's "Search results" are not exactly refined.
In console type "Search stealth" and it should pop up (Might be different depending on how many mods with stealth stuff you have.)

Not a 100% solution for the issue you might have already fixed, but I thought I might as well give it a shot. :)

I know this is a two year old mod, but my only question is, does this work with helmet overlay?
Nope. Sadly. Still a cool add on.

Ait Bois, i must be real dumb because i cant get the item id to work, help please! in my load order the position is 18 so the hex number is 12, the code should be 12000B01, but it isn't working. any help would help very much.

If youre using JIP (which why wouldnt you...), type on console search  stealth. then you add the item that is identified as the helmet from there

the "xx" stands for the number on the list of your mods like say it was the 24th mod, you'd replace the "xx" with 24 and then input the rest of the ID

The "xx" at the start of the ID should be the hexedecimal value of the mod's load order (i.e. if load order was 24, the xx=18). If you're not confident converting from decimal to hex, there are tools online. You should also be using this mod's load order, NOT the order for OWB.

I am trying to download the file but it does not respond. It gives me the choice of slow download or premium but after I pick one nothing happens. I have been trying for two days now. I figured something was wrong with Nexus

The item ID you put in the description isn't working. 03000b01 is the code, yes?

That depends purely on where the mod is located in your load order.
