   I love the "Why only female" comments, like there isn't hundreds of armour mods for NV that are Male only.

      its a custom texture. the bandana is part of a hat from dragbodys boomer overhaul. the only way you can get the armor though is if you spawn it in via the console or additem menu. the armor itself is called "raquel addon 1" or something.

      Did you make it into a hairstyle, or is it a hat? I've been trying to make it into a hairstyle to no avail, it just ends up bald.

   Hey, I want to let you know I think this mod is a great idea. I don't have New Vegas set up and the thing is there's already a 1000 mods I'd like to use in New Vegas so I have to be very careful in what I let in my load oder. Bu I wanted to tell you it looks good and I hope you continue to make such things.

      i tried that before this one but i can't. the legs are tied to the cape/cloak thing. if i try to remove the cape it removes the legs.

      export it as obj, then cut it off in Blender, 3DSMax or Maya, export as nif in 3DSMax, and copy paste the branch back in nifskope.
