You still have to cure Alcohol addiction with doctors, even if Cass is your companion. Fixer And Doctors Cure All Addictions included.

1. Fix for Alcohol addiction, even if Cass is your companion.
According to https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Whiskey_Rose:
"This perk also suppresses the base addiction tracking effect, meaning that many dialog and script checks will not detect that the Courier is currently addicted to alcohol."
Well, wrong.
The dialog and script checks *will detect* that the Courier is currently addicted to alcohol ("I might be addicted to something").
Although you do not suffer from alcohol withdrawal, you are addicted to alcohol. Kind of scratching the left ear with the right toe, if you ask me.
I cut the Gordian knot with my Gladius.
The alcohol addiction will be automatically removed (~5s), if Cass is your companion. Your body (and Cass' presence!) will flush it out.
2. Makes Fixer a very powerful chem.
Fixer And Doctors Cure All Addictions included.
Fixer, doctors and Lonesome Road auto-docs will cure *all* addictions that walk across the Nevada desert.
Cazador poison sting sound will no longer scratch your eardrums.

1. Cure means cure, not "Temporary Addiction Removal" or "Bleeding-Your-Ears-To-Death" with Cazador poison sound.
2. All means all, including custom-created addictions.
