  I was always annoyed by the scanlines that'd briefly distort the screen whenever I'd change back to first person view. SO, I looked up the files in Project Nevada/Extra Options and found the cause. I then removed those files, but that didn't fix the problem. Whenever I'd change to FPV, a "textures not found" error would briefly appear. So I then realized why not replace the files with empty .dds files? Thus this file was created....
