This mod ports ,merges and improves Rivet City Merchants and Rivet City Merchants 2

Permissions and credits
This mod merges Rivet City Merchants and Rivet City Merchants 2 and ports it to TTW as well as improves on both mods.


Known Issue: Seagraves Holmes in charge of Rivet City Supply sometimes doesn't show up at his store. Look for him in the Weatherly Hotel. If you cannot find him you can use 0601e750.moveto player and he will be teleported to you. That's his ref id.

This is a verified vanilla bug all the way from Fallout 3. In fact bot him and Vera Weatherly got the same weird AI package and pathing where they wander of and get stuck in infinite chitchat loops. Can be found as far as Project Purity area inside inaccessible buildings sometimes. In fact that whole area of the ship where Weatherly Hotel is located is buggy  and when NPCs pass though they they can get stuck in there or wander off outside.

- small change just made the mod an ESM master. I hope this will fix all the navmesh issues. Please you are more than welcome create plugins or patches to this mod that expand on the area.

Original mods details

Rivet City Merchants by DonLemonade added 3 vendors to Rivet City:
Jerome - scavenger type guy (caucasian)
Callum - meat seller (caucasian)
Heather - imports stuff from PointLookout (caucasian)

Rivet City Merchants 2 by Mogomra adds 2 vendors only
Crenshaw - same as Heather but more rustic (cucasian old) 
Zachary - sells energy weapons (ghoul)

The mod also includes additional content from Mojave Imports (Campfire) for TTW  by phpones. The mod has open permission to modify or use assets. The scripts are actually disabled and I am only using the leveled item lists (4 of them) which are all added to Heather. So Heather will sell those exact same items. In fact I think Heather is set to calculate 4 x each leveled item equivalent to finding about 4-16 containers full of NV stuff.  I talked to Roy Batty and he said is bad how the mod does it and is not safe. The original mod added  New vegas items to DC containers and vendors via script. I might add an optional MCM menu to enable this feature at some later date in case you wanna use this functionality. Could be optional. If you open FNVEdit and find the quest formid you can do a "startquest <formid>" that should  permanently add those items (irreversible) for your play-through. TTW already has added some NV items to DC so I wouldn't add anymore esp not via scripts.


All mods are open permission providing credit was given. 


EDIT:
I had to pull the mod offline to fix a bug that could have crashed your game. Issue is fixed now. Enjoy.  
additionally i have also removed any navmesh modifications where heather's bed is located and converted heather's bed to an Oasis bed which can be walked over. this change will make sure her bed is not an obstacle and ai walks over her bed as if it didn't exist.


This mod is dubbed TTW Rivet City Merchants Plus and adds all above vendors (except Crenshaw) but with some changes:

- Callum - He is now able to find you any kind of meat even rare meats from DLCs like Prewar Meat, New Vegas meats and even Human Flesh, Strange Meat and human body parts. He will sleep in his own bed at night.  

- Jerome - He's now a Hispanic Raider (wastelander) looking fellow and has very minimal dialogue. Pretty much all you say is hello and let's trade. He's mainly junk items now including all items you need for recipes, repair and crafting.  Jerome is also  guaranteed to have at least some Bobby Pins, Darts, Nails (for Nailgun) and Railspikes in his inventory. He's pretty much the guy to see if you need crafting materials or strange ammo you cannot normally find anywhere. Jerome hangs out at his store forever and never really sleeps.  

- Heather - now is a Point Lookout tribal female wearing tribal garb. In addition to Point Lookout items she also sells  New Vegas items especially ingredients you would need for Campfire such as Geko Skins, various plants, fruits from NV, certain essential campfire chems and herbs. This is a lore friendly way to bring some NV items for campfire crafting into DC. You could say since the DC days she has converted to Point Lookout tribal spirituality and has expanded her imports all the way to New Vegas and beyond. I opted for Heather rather than Crenshaw because I like Heather her more but I did add that rustic Crenshaw Point Lookout harmonica idle . Heather also has a unique bed in the common area that uses to sleep as well as she will eat breakfast. 

- Zachary - same except his dialogue is more minimal straight to business. He's actually got his own space now including a guard and a terminal that sells some ammo for caps. I have opened up a previously closed area that to my knowledge no mod uses. His inventory includes big guns as well as energy both from DC and New Vegas including some DLC stuff (except maybe no GRA).  He also sells cryolator ammo. See images for details.  Some of his packages were slightly altered such as he will eat at night and skip breakfast and sleep in his room. I wanted to keep him in the original location but he felt very cramped and for someone selling high tech gear I felt like he could afford a much better space than a cramped tiny stall in the corner of the market.  Now his store is also his house and he's got a great deal. You could say Zachary has expanded his business and rented the previously closed off room in the market.  

All are fully voiced

Other than these changes, their look and theme is pretty much same. They got the same vibe.  I tried to keep everything as close as possible to the original two mods. 

Entire area has been fully navmeshed !

Oh yes there is also a new Ammo Ordering terminal in front of Zacharys shop. You can order 3 types of ammo only from the Pitt delivered to you via DC caravans in 3 days. You can do bulk orders. You can only do an order at a time. In 3 days your items will arrive. You can also review the order invoice and days remaining and total cost. NO REFUNDS! I always wanted to make an ammo ordering system but not broken so I added only 3 ammo types: 10mm, 12.7 and 44 magnum which is pretty random but last 2 are very rare ammos and 1st one very common and since you can only order 3 types should make it balanced I guess. The advantage is all you need is caps and nothing else.

I know there is another mod that already ported TTW RCM but the only issue with that is older version  and some of the issues with the merchants were not fixed. 

Finally just wanna say feel free to do whatever you want but you need to credit the original two authors. You don't need to credit me.  Ideally , though, I would prefer you improve on this and add to it so all further mods in that same area work well together.
