    Hello, everyone!
Due to changes in my life I am no longer willing or able to provide support for this mod and especially not for all 9 of my
mods. For my convenience I am locking comments and bugs sections of all
my mods other than the combined JAM package.
    Thank you for your understanding.

Very good mod, is there some sort of config to make it so where everything else is nearly at a standstill while you're still mobile as if you were in real time?

This is a really good mod. It makes the game's combat much more dynamic. I have a request for an addition to the mod I think would be really cool, that is to say if the mod could be made to work like Deadeye mode in Red Dead Redemption, where you aim and mark as many targets as you have ammo or Deadeye meter for (as it drains during this process) and then your dude automatically shoots all the points marked when you finish. Here's an example of how it works:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WFIFAnSoR2g

Note that this wouldn't have to be a separate mode from regular bullet time. RDR2 made it so you can either tag targets (which is done using a separate key from entering and exiting Deadeye, Q by default) or use it as regular bullet time by firing as normal. This addition would let this mod more or less completely replace vanilla VATS for me instead of only partly, as I still use it occasionally for long-range shots and pinch situations where I need to shoot something in the head a lot in an instant.

The glitch I am experiencing is related to the version of this mod from Just Mods Assorted. It seems that this version of the mod doesn't disable killcams during bullet time, even though it should.

That's all. Thanks for making such a cool mod.

This mod is better than most of the other bullet time mods I've try. Them other mods needs too many other mods to make it work. This one doesn't. But, there's just one tiny problem. This mod works only with keyboard and mouse, NOT with a controller. Sucks cause I really like using a controller. Can't assign it to the controller vats button, try many many times to no avail. Be cool if this mod can be use with a controller.

Hey there! I've hammered out a messy work-around for controller support. I'll list here for you and anyone that wants controller supported bullet time:

Step 1) Install Stewie's Tweaks--> https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/66347 (if you aren't using this in 2020, you're playing New Vegas wrong). Lots of settings here, but for our Bullet Time jury rig we are looking at one setting:

; allow use of keyboard and mouse to move around while a controller is connected
      bAllowKeyboardAndMouseWithControllerConnected = 1

Set to 1. (NOTE: depending on what controller "key mapper" program you use, you may or may not need worry about step 1; I choose to do this regardless to ensure everything runs smoothly)

Step 2) Install Just Bullet Time (obviously). Map your activator key to B (for Bullet). I'm playing DUST, so I pair this with deSaturation visual and Project Nevada sound FX. Save to the Just Bullet Time ini and MAKE SURE to have the read ini on start box checked on the main Just Mods menu (so these settings become the default)

Step 3) Install VATS Disabled--> https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/35063 This will stop your VATS controller button from executing VATS. I load this esp right after Just Bullet Time in my UI/MCM block of mods.

Step 4) The least pleasant step. You have to get a program that lets you map keyboard keys to a controller. I play GOG New Vegas so I use Xpadder. I understand on Steam there is a Big Picture mode that lets you do similar pairing. And there are a few other programs that do the same thing. Some are free, some are pay. I've used Xpadder for years w/o issue. My goto software.

Step 4 is simply to create a profile for New Vegas (will vary depending on your program of choice) and map B key to the button you use for VATS.

Now in game, hitting that bumper (or button) will press the B key and go into bullet time.

I'm sorry there is so much involved to get this to work, but it's worth it. Hopefully down the road a version of Bullet Time will come out with controller support (like Just Sprint). Hope this helps in the mean time.

Do the perks give the same effects as VATS?
if no it'd be really helpful to know what each perk does for BT

    Hey, awesome work.
Quick question: does this mod get VATS perk benefits? e.g.: would Grim Reaper's Sprint affect this perk?

The VATS perks in my game don't mention any changes from this mod. It doesn't say if there are any bonuses outside of VATS for using them.

That started happening to me, too. I think the effects are still working, though.

Could you possibly make a version for those without dlc?

I update description of the posted file, Nexus changelog system is way too annoying to be bothered with.
Either way, it's a small bugfix.

So been following this mod for a while now. I know PN has a bullettime feature as well. Could anyone please explain the differences to me?

Edit: nvm, there's an easier workaround.
