This is a mod which adds a footlocker with LR items. Nothing special. Note: The multiple dusters in the photo isn't a glitch, it is multiple designs of it. The designs are: Regular, Legion, NCR and Old World.
Installation is super easy, just install using the mod manager of your choice (I recommend Mod Organizer 2) or put it in your data folder.
