Yukichigai's is locked in to showing immediately after the game loads. Mine can be configured to display once the player is no longer inside a building/specific "area" (i.e. Vault), or it can be configured to wait until the player is in the Mojave Wasteland (say, you want to RP that your character lost a lot on the way to the Mojave), or it can be set to wait until you tell it to open the menu (in which case it silently adds an item to your inventory once the game loads that you can later use to open the menu). Mine will also silently add the items to your inventory with a single corner message confirming it, so no more corner message spam. I like the look of mine more, too, but that's personal preference.
I'm having a problem here. The messages display appropriately, but the actual items don't show up in my inventory. I've tried restarting the game with a number of settings, but the items never show up in my inventory. This mod is low in my load order, just above Nevada Skies - it's that low down.
It won't conflict with it, mine is entirely self-contained other than disabling the quests that come with the pre-order packs (the quests being what gives the items to the player, so not actual quests) and it'll only do that if nothing else overwrites those changes (i.e. if you load another "Courier's Stash handler" after it, both will work). You could use it to get more items than you'd otherwise have, but... y'know.

Don't you think your mod will conflict with the one that TTW has?
