I never really minded these guys in New Vegas since they were balanced around immense DT, but holy s#*! does the DT not work for the Fallout 3 mutants. Fallout 3's super mutants and super mutant brutes were designed as early-game enemies, so spending hours picking at their health just sucks. Thanks!
I actually do use your mod! It's a wonderful mod, but even with hit reactions enabled on super mutants, the allegedly military-grade assault rifles found in the Capital Wasteland barely dealt any damage to them at all (even at 50 Guns skill with a fully repaired assault rifle and taking advantage of sneak attacks). Combine that with the scarcity of armor piercing ammo in TTW and it's a nightmare. No amount of flinching will put them down any faster, sadly, so I felt that this was necessary.
