It for some reason stopped working for me. It was working perfectly a few days ago, but now, it doesn´t work. I get over-encumbrance and only walk slowly. I have reinstalled the mod, NVSE and JIP LN NVSE plugin, but nothing works.
yup same thing is happening to me too. i was using the feature contained in the lstewie's tweaks mod and it randomly stopped working for me so i came over here to see if the standalone works any better. it simply stops working for no reason i can figure out, and believe me i've tried literally everything i can think of to fix it.
not sure if you ever figured out what the problem was but if so sharing what you did to fix it would be appreciated.
Ditto, I fairly often had this mod stop working on me and make me either permanently overencumbered, or permanently have +100,000 carrying capacity. The was only one thing that seemed to be consistent for me - I'm pretty sure saving while overencumbered and then reloading that save often caused one of those problems for me.

This mod hooks the movement function right after a check for the player being overencumbered and simply adds a second check that removing AP and decides whether the player has enough AP to run.
I love your mods, but it seems this one doesn't work when a controler is conected. Jumping while encumbered works but not running. I even used a program to mimic wasd with the stick but it still doesn't work unless the controller is disconected.
Thanks for the reminder. I don't have a controller so can't easily test with it, but if I find a way to test with one I'll consider adding controller support.
Wow that would be amazing. Since you know about this kind of stuff I thought I'd ask. Is there a way to make the keyboard and mouse work when the controller is connected, like with a plugin or something?
Glad to hear it, I've actually been strongly considering downloading your plugin next time around. I see things being fixed in there that I've been bothered by for actual YEARS.
What about increasing the AP cost based on encumbrance magnitudes ? Eg. for each 20% of weight above your carry weight, apply some penalties to AP costs.

Thank you for this, I was in point lookout when I went over the carry weight but this mod allowed me to still carry the object without being slow as a turtle at the crucial moments such as combat, so again thank you.
