I'm guessing you're new. Either drop files in data folder in fallout new Vegas directory or use a mod manager. Preferably Mod Organizer 2. Also make sure you have archive invalidation.
Late response, but as a reply to easkater, as someone who did manual installs for the longest time in Fo4, New Vegas, and Skyrim, USE MOD ORGANIZER. I have lost so many headaches since I got it
Every so often the icons in the pip boy get blown up to where I'm just seeing parts of the icons. It didn't do this at first, but seems to be happening more frequently.
I'm running this on TTW 3.3.2. it doesn't seem to make a difference where I put it in the load order.
Any chance of creating a version for Vanilla HUD Remastered? I thought it might've been an issue with this mod, but I realised that it's incompatible with different HUDS.

edit: forget it I uninstalled the game and installed it back and it the ps4 buttons are not there now
