Thank you for this! I'm playing DUST, and I simply CANNOT deal with the constant concussion noise and blur, and I can't find a mod that reduces that, so this is the next best thing.
Just a question about editing the INI file to make the healing take longer. is "timesecondsheal=180" in that real time seconds or in seconds calculated by the game's timescale?
I just want to make it so my limbs heal after about a day of in game time. So if i get injured clearing out a cave or fiend hideout I can rest there to heal my limbs.

I feel like it'd pair well with a mod that allows breaks to get infected without proper care and other evil shit. Oh, your leg'll heal all right, etc.
