Adds more content for Mad Bomber. Thus far, we have More Clusters, allowing you to craft Clusters of tin grenades, pulse grenades, plasma grenades, frag grenades, incindary grenades, flash grenades, and even dynamite- You know, the usual kinds of grenades that clutter your inventory, now in concentrated thrown proximity mine form.
In addition, there are some launchers for MFC Grenades- The MFC Autocannon and MFC Scattershot, respectively. One is a converted Grenade Machinegun that fires MFC Mines automatically, while the other is a converted Grenade Rifle that fires a shotgun blast of MFC Mines. These babies will run through microfusion cells real fast...
And, lastly, we have the Variable Explosive Launcher, and it's much, much bigger sister, the Variable Explosive Launcher Delivering Armageddon... Though I call her Velda. Velda can fire just about every kind of explosive you can lay hands on. Rockets? Yes. Mini-nukes? Yes. Flash grenades? Yes, pointless as that is. You can even fire powder charges, c4, and honest-hearts fire-bombs if you so please, or the more practical frag and plasma grenades and mines. Finally, you can use mines mid-combat instead of laying them at your own feet!
Of course, while VELDA is a beast of incredible power (And incredibly high chance of crippling your own limbs if you're not careful, you mad bombers you), the VEL is a significantly less powerful beast, semi-auto at best. On the other hand, you can find one out in the wasteland somewhere without the perk- But such a covetable, highly explosive weapon is sure to have been snatched up already. Now where could you possibly find somewhere that highly values and stockpiles explosives?

Just be careful... The Mad Bomber's explosives are unmatched, but their safety features to prevent blowing yourself up are fairly lacking...
