There's also an issue where the searchbox can appear behind the inventory dialog. Buuut as this mod is 100% ignored support-wise, I guess it doesn't matter.
My god! this monds change everything! thank u so much, i was getting so frustrated when i wanted to make ammo or buying something, this mods make the gameplay so much enjoyable, amazing!
I'm having a small issue with this mod. I can click on the search bar/icon, it will bring up the popup, I can search for something, hit enter, and the search box disappears like it's working, but nothing happens. All items are still visible, unless I transfer something between inventories. IE I'm looking at a companions inventory, I search "stimpack", and nothing happens. Then I'll transfer something like a single 9mm and suddenly the search works. I already tried enabling the "menu search" option in the stewietweaks.ini file
Similar. I can type a few letters in, but then it whacks out. the main issue, I realized, is that all hotkeys will activate when typing. So when you press J for journal or C for map, or whatever, those will still function and take you to there. Also, whenever I type more than 3 letters, the carot seems to go back on itself and it gets all messed up. but of course 3 letters doesn't bring anything up. it doesn't work. you have to type the whole word, if you're lucky or patient enough to try.

Im having a weird problem, im not getting any errors and it shows up in the pip boy and even seems to highlight whenever i scroll my mouse over it, but it doesnt let me search or type when i click it, help?

If you're using lStewieAl's Tweaks and Engine Fixes set "bMenuSearch = 1" and you can search by typing Ctrl + F.
With that setting this mod is apparently redundant.

Edit: Got it fixed, apparently I placed the JIP LN files in the wrong folder and putting it back where it belongs fixed it.
