Replaces the Cannibal perk sound effect with Cookie Monster's "omnomnom."

By request, this mod replaces the sound effect that plays when devouring a corpse with the Cannibal perk. Instead of the squelching consumption of human organs, you will now hear 7.356 seconds of Cookie Monster's iconic "omnomnom." If you ever want the gruesome original noise back, simply remove the new "npc_human_perk_cannibal.wav" file added by this mod and the original will return by default.
Just for fun. And who doesn't love Cookie Monster? Blue, hairy, and downing your small intestines before you can say, "wait, that's actually raisin!"
