I don't mind the fee, but could there be a reduced fee version? This makes it difficult to use in the beginning of the game when funds are tight. Something like a flat 30 caps fee would be ideal for me.
Could you add a version with limitless carryweight for hoarders like myself? I don't mind the fee, but the limited weight doesn't make it much usefull for me.
Amazing concept, I would continue never touching express mail boxes if it weren't for this mod. The loyal customer perk is a great addition too, kudos to you Radioactivelad!
Have you ever tried to find a reason to use a Mojave Express Dropbox? Nope, I tend to find them rather useful to empty my inventory because I'm not ready to go back home to sort out all the loot I've acquired since my last visit to my player home (Thank you AWOP/Afterschool Special for good Goodsprings homes). Although a slightly modified version of this mod could do that job much much better (I really like the aspect of it costing money to have items delivered, as it should). Does this work on Mojave Express Dropbox added by other mods? Or only on the vanilla Mojave Express Dropbox. If it works on modded ones
Having to send items to specific locations that also had to have been visited already really limits the potential use of the Humble Dropbox. Then we need more Mojave Express Dropbox, in every town, every military base, in every ruin, and in every cave the more the merrier.
This mod replaces the script that the vanilla drop boxes are ordinarily assigned with, so as long as the new drop boxes are new references of the original vMojaveExpressBox object, they should work.
If the mod in question edits the base vMojaveExpressBox object, loading this mod further down the order should resolve any problems.
Quite a bit of potential to make the express system extremely useful combined with stuff like https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/44259 then. It'd be pretty interesting if instead of a weight limit the cost of using the mailbox went up with the amount of things you send, like 10 caps per 25 weight but I don't know if stuff like that is possible to implement.
