OK this is pretty cool. The mesh is cool relode load works and is the best one for the action that is in vanilla. Its a bit OP as it has the same stats as a 308 rifle but uses a pistol round maybe something like 35 dam 35 crit dam 1.5 crit chance and something like 3 rounds per second not 7.2. That way it fills the nitch, stat wise so to speak, that it was supposed to fill in real life. fast firing accurate small calliber round that you can just dump at the enemy. It would sill be viable for mid game with the new state but it should not be basically a better version of the survivalists rifle. Again great gun though.
This is such a neat idea for the Wasteland, a converted rifle like this to make use of certain ammunition in case the other is in low supply, really cool mod!
