Donation Points system
This mod is opted-in to receive Donation Points
This changes the collar explosions due to the radios in Dead Money to drain Strength, Endurance, and Agility to give the effect of being encumbered, instead of outright killing the player.
I'm pretty sure some other mods exist that remove the explosion, but I wanted to still penalize the player without outright killing them for being close to radios.
Your collar will still explode if one of the followers dies, as I'm pretty sure that would otherwise break some quests.
