    doesn't work as intended for me, not sure about everyone else. alt+tab still pauses the game and when i return to it, although it doesn't require to press escape (as if the game is paused), it does open up pip-boy because, well, tab was pressed. so it basically replaced needing to press escape with needing to press tab to continue the game. that's not a solution for me. maybe because i'm playing in windowed mode? i just wanna find a mod that let's me, let's say, look up a mod on nexus while my guy is running through the barren desert in the background without him stopping for a second, unless he hits an impenetrable invisible wall or something

      I should have made the description more clear, updated it now. This mod stops the pause menu showing when the game is alt-tabbed.

      Using this mod with the Active=true setting in OneTweak will give you that result.

      actually aside from borderless window and double cursor fix onetweak doesn't fix "alt+tab no pause" issue for me, so i'll still have your solution enabled for that. i did however find that under your tweaks collection you do have an option to stop pip-boy from coming up, yet i can't get it to work. it always comes up. what i can do is alt+tab out, then when i alt+tab in again pip-boy goes away so i can alt+tab out again without it on my screen. doesn't really help my problem though. can you offer a solution to not have pip-boy come up at all when alt+tab-ing? maybe make a separate mod for it like you did for no pause "problem"? would really appreciate it coz it's been bugging the hell outta me and i really wanna make it work.

    Edit: Now it's working because... reasons??

    Doesn't work, have OneTweak and this. Game still pauses on alt tab and have to hit ESC zzZzzzZz

    What is the point of not bringing up the pause menu if the game still pauses in time anyway? Onetweak doesnt work, other fullscreen borderless mods still pause game, and this mod still freezes in time when alt tabbing. Makes no difference if pause menu is up or not if the game still pauses in time.

      Works fine for me having added:
      [General]
      bAlwaysActive=1
      to FalloutCustom.ini

      And using OneTweak with the settings

      [BorderlessWindow]
      Active=true

    The Alt-Tab pause actually crashed the game when runing in wine, so this actually makes the game playable for me. Thanks man.

    So glad this exists. I hated not being able to wait/sleep ingame while alt tabbed.

    Now before Alf-Tab I can choose whether to put the game on pause with Esc or just keep it going.

    Having aditional NVSE features always feels good man! :)

    And your other mods are even better, they rock!

    Some players may find this controversial...but not me.
