This mod is a compilation of scripts found offsite from a variety of sources, for me and many others this has completely fixed the problem for those trying to use stutter remover on windows 10 specifically. I will say, after 20 hours of gameplay I have not had one freezing, infinite load screen or crash. In addition stuttering is gone and I have 16-25 FPS increase. Still, if you can contribute to the syntax of this code, and add tweaks and corrections you are welcomed to help. This INI file has greatly improved my game’s performance in measurable ways. The goal is to have the best working script and game, so I’m welcoming positive feedback that can help the cause or confirm success. Please endorse if this made your game better.
Version 2 has bHookCriticalSections enabled along with bReplaceRandom and a few other adjustments per the recommendations of others. I did not notice any performance increase nor stability however this is supposed to reduce micro stuttering.
You absolute mad lads. My game went from crashing every 10-15 minutes to absolutely no crashes at all. Days of tinkering with my load order with no luck, and all it took was a single mod. No idea what you did, but NV is finally playable again for me.

This is not a mod, this is a virus, you broke TFW, Tale Of Four Wastelands, A literal week's work, and made useless, all because you didn't tell us that it wasn't compatible with The Frontier

50/50 chance but I maxed out my Luck stat
Tick fix didnt do much for me but this mod,despite my doubts,made the game 100x better.
I have nearly zero stutters with 130 mods 😃
bReplaceHeap = 1=>bReplaceHeap = 0
I don't know how it'll affect the performance in comparison to how it was originally and it might just make this whole mod moot, but it works.
