this mod adds the new NCR money added by "Casino Exchange all with More NCR money" to all the traders added by "nipton rebuilt", it also reduces their caps.
The casino cashier functions as moneychanger, it has an amazing amount of cash to ensure the player will never be hindered.
other then that, it changes nothing.
it requires both mods loaded first to function.
Casino Exchange all with More NCR money v1.4 or up, since it uses the penny added by the v1.4 update
