  Just did a quick test and everything seems to work fine without a patch. Similar to AWOP, GS Reborn's doors cover up mine without issue.

  I just checked and this mod works fine with AWOP. The doors to the AWOP houses cover over mine without any issues.

  Yep, but the idea was to having your work among with AWOP player house. Maybe you can try to remove the scrap house behind it and change it with an house and then with your contents inside it?

I didn't read through this mod past the point where I saw player home cause, you do realize Victor's Shack is basically a player home, right?
