   Without this mod, my ears were bleeding during some of Elijah's dialogue in Dead Money.

   Thanks for this, its a shame we can't restore the distortion/modulation from Fallout 3, Obsidian really butchered it in New Vegas but this is the next best thing.

   Thank you for this. Boone's voice in my playthrough was randomly popping/crackling bad while I had him dressed as an NCR Veteran Ranger and talking to him about Bitter Springs (and dialogue leading up to it). Not sure if the issue is Vanilla or caused by a mod but regardless, I generally find the distortion effects immersive, it's just so convenient that someone has some type of solution for "X" issue ready to go even if it isn't directly intended which is absolutely preferable to getting static blasted in my ear every other time Boone starts answering a question. This mod kept that static from infiltrating my ear drums and for that I am thankful.

   Elijah's audio cracking had got to be the most annoying thing i ever had to deal with. thank god it's been fixed.

      Hey we came here for the same reason! Literally JUST started Dead Money for the first time ever (i never got a chance to play the DLCs besides Honest Hearts back at launch) and by god was it annoying me! Same with Companions with helmets, but this was the final straw for me to search this mod. Thank the lord!

      Well, there's actually a standalone hotfix for that, so this mod's no longer needed (unless there's another annoying voice FX that I don't realize yet).

   How do I install this mod? The Nexus mod manager doesn't work on my computer and I'm not sure where to manually put the file.

   I was getting weird audio distortion, when listening to Dad`s audio tape at the start of Tale of Two Wastelands (FO3 Start). This file fixed my problem. Don`t know why. Now voices sound like they are in stereo through my pipboy. COOL!
