Location: Novac Players Room
If you are using mods that change Novac Players Room, download version 1.1 (contains only esp). Then you can find it in Novac Gift Shop, or if you want a challenge it is located in Quarry Junction in the Deathclaw nest.
This gun is based on the Resident Evil Revelations 2 gun of the same name. I used airsoft gun images as my reference photos, and made my own changes to it, so it is not 100% accurate.
