Simply adds a keycard/chest that allows you to obtain the Gannon family Tesla Power Armor/Helmet regardless of where you deploy the Remnants provided you can get access to the Bunker itself.

I made this very small mod simply due to wanting the ability to gain the Gannon Family Tesla Armor/Helmet while supporting the Legion on my current playthrough and thought I might as well upload it here as well before I merged it into my Batch file.
Adds a Keycard in Old Mormon Fort that allows you to open a chest in the Remnant's Bunker, which contains of the Gannon Family Tesla Armor and Gannon family Tesla Helmet (Both are considered owned so expect Karma loss because you are stealing). You will still need to obtain Arcade's trust to gain access to the Bunker via the "For Auld Lang Syne" Quest in order to reach the chest and tell him to deal with it when you side with the Legion. You can either do it the traditional way

(Upload Yesman with the required trust and having Arcade as a companion after killing House/Dealing with the Securitron Vault for Caesar while also having very high Legion reputation so you don't automatically get considered a enemy to Caesar, You'll gain some infamy from the NCR/Legion in the process thanks to the faction warning quests)

The Keycard and Chest aren't in visually obvious positions so have fun finding them to obtain the best power armor in the game. As for the training? You gain that at the end of the quest so no point putting a Manual in the chest.
Requirements: Only Fallout.esp as this should only use base assets.
Install: Paste the Gannon Armor as Legion.esp in the Data folder and then activate it with whatever mod manager you use.
Uninstall: Delete the Gannon Armor as Legion.esp
Shouldn't be any complications installing or uninstalling mid playthrough or even uninstalling the mod after you loot the chest itself as it's literally just adding a chest and keycard and making them interact.
I suppose you could also use this to get a second set of Gannon family Power Armor if you fit the conditions to obtain the set normally from Arcade if you want.
