How were you able to put on the mask and goggles onto the armor? I'd like to know more since I'm in the process of making a "maskless" version of it. I just find the mask and the goggles seem to not fit the armor.
It wasnt so much that I put them onto the armor, but rather told the game (using geck) that when you are wearing the armor, to also equip the mask. An armor list as it were. That particular mask is only used on npcs normally, but can be put in the armor list for whatever you want. https://i.imgur.com/jzbCttk.png
I have no idea man, this mod is 2 years old at this point and even assuming its not appearing for anyone im not going to fix it, I dont mod new vegas anymore
Ergh, you forgot to mention that Ghost is now equipped with a Ranger hat and a Sequoia. Taking the armor from the Barracks count as stealing, and the armor itself use the same stance as the NCR Ranger Patrol Armor that makes the character stand as if wearing Power Armor (this is not visible from your screenshots).
The armor is pretty cool, but there are many problems. Maybe I'll fix them for my personal use, not sure why I can't remove the mask addition in the specific Form List though.

Like the description says, im pretty much done with fallout new vegas mods. Ill still remain active to reply to comments, and give my DP away if I continue to get any. And as far as a blank one goes, it makes sense that you would want one, but the whole point of the armor is to be faction armor.
