You know who the most underappreciated character in the game is? Chet.
No other vendor is there to supply us with low quality weapons and armor before we leave Goodsprings, but Chets there. Chets always there.
Even after we've saved the town, slaughtered the Powder Gangers to the last, and become a major player in the wasteland, Chet is still there with his fair prices.
Does he even get any business besides the player? Or does he just sit there for years, waiting for the player to finally return and purchase another set of leather armor?
But yes, I feel as if not many people truly appreciate my boy Chet. So, while messing around with things in the GECK, I was struck with a brilliant idea: To finally help my buddy Chet out.
Not with caps, of course. After all, caps can't buy happiness. Instead, I have made him by far the most attractive man in the post apocalyptic world, so that he may get all of the ladies. They'll be lining up from Goodsprings to Vegas, trying to get a piece of that handsome devil.

A few users asked, and I listened. There's now an image for the mod. And a few user submitted images as well. So now you can rest assured knowing that this really does make Chet an amazing looking hunk of a man, and doesn't replace every Powder Ganger with President Kimbell or something absurd like that. That's not coming until a future mod.
