The Mk2 Stealth Suit in Old World Blues is now Light Armor! Which means no medium-armor slowdown, and it works with the Travel Light perk. And instead of buffing your Sneak skill more as you complete its quest, that increasing buff goes to your Agility, instead! After all, stealthy players can easily get 100 Sneak. They want their AGILITY boosted!

I'm literally just bugfixing a FNV item that already exists in-game. Uploading this mod took longer than making it did.

And that's just what I'm giving them here, because in Fallout NV, you can use the bonus stats from items and perk effects to go beyond the cap of 10.
Really! Test it for yourself some time. Get your Agility to 10, equip an item that'll buff your Agility beyond 10, and use the console command "player.getav agility" to see what I mean. The console will tell you your current Agility actor value, which is a number above 10. I think you can do the same by combining the Solar Powered perk and a Strength stat of 10, too.
Also, this mod is perfectly balanced, because now the item works the way it should, applying the same buffs that increase as you find the usual upgrades for the suit in the suit's usual quest. They're just more useful this time. And yes, the effect from this armour's crouch speed buff stacks with the 10% movespeed buff from Travel Light, the crouched speed buff from that one implant, the Lonesome Road perk that buffs crouch speed, and more! Put this on, and you GOTTA GO FAST!
