Let me Know if there are any problems with this mod. and i will try to fix it if i can. also this mod requires the asurah reanimation pack https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/64339/ for the weapon animation. also i dont know if the perk will work as i intended, or not so feel free to tell me if theres any problem with it.
to anyone not being able to download it via Nexus mod manager. try downloading the mod manually then install it with either fomm or nmm. this is also happening to me as well.
It works manually but not through NMM. I have the latest version and each time it comes up with the same error. So for anyone wanting to download manually, the procedure is simple: Extract the file using winRar (or any alternative) and copy the contents of the file to the root folder. the folders labelled 'Data' will merge together and the files will be transferred to their respective locations.
