    Edit 07/12/19
NVSR is obsolete. Get NVTF here: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/66537

This file has been deprecated. Thank you!

Looking good so far. My pc isn't the best but i am getting minimum 40 fps outdoors and aound 55-60 indoors so I'm happy with that. Now let's see how well it handles Freeside and the Strip. Thank you so much for this NV hasn't ran this good ever!

From the Tick Fix sticky post :

Can I use NVSR alongside this?
:No, this is a replacement for NVSR. Use one or the other

So how is it that we can run this ini and that mod together?

Because NVTF applies the 64Hz fix more reliably and also includes the Fast Exit feature. But it doesn't include the Hashtable Resizing, Critical Section handling as well as a few other features that are still worth trying such as the RNG replacement (bReplaceRandom). My INI disables the 64Hz fix in NVSR, but uses the Hashtable Resizing and Critical Section handling as well as optionally enabling the Heap Allocation (or just use NVSE's) for improved memory management. NVSR and NVTF are only really incompatible if you have the 64Hz fix applied on both. You CAN use both together.

How did I not notice this? Besides, my setup is similar to you.
(ryzen 2700, x570 mobo with the latest BIOS, 3000 mhz 16GB ram, 3gb gtx 1060 and so on. If my gpu dies, then I'll consider an RX 590)
Going to test your ini when TTW 3.2.3(or 3.3) releases!

Thank you so much. You solved my stutter issue. I have been trying to fix it for weeks and I came across this and it has fixed everything. Used to get 30-40 fps in the strip, now I get a smooth 60.

My specs in case anyone has a similar setup and is having the same issue I did:

    Ryzen 3 2200G
    RX 570
    16GB RAM

Edit: I'm also using this config in conjunction with New Vegas Tick Fix.

No problem. :) Yeah, it's generally recommended to use NVTF for the 64hz bugfix over the one included in NVSR. Enjoy your playthrough!

Thank you so much! At first I was afraid that I was getting crashes from my numerous texture mods, then I thought that I would need to play FNV without stutter remover. You just saved me from a lot of pain.

Was about to uninstall the game after 2 hours of trying to remove this massive stuttering on a new fresh install on windows 10. Haven't tried these settings for hours like others but so far it's the ONLY thing that removed that fucking massive stutter on startup while Tgspy's fix did nothing for me, so thanks dude.

No problem. Keep in mind though that Tgspy's mod is for the 64Hz bug that is actually a part of NVSR. Tgspy just uploaded a script plugin featuring only the 64Hz bugfix and nothing else.

Ended up using Default Stabilised version.

Worked like a charm, really ironed out the very last micro struttering I was experiencing after reinstalling my 80-ish mod list.

My setup for anyone that might be in a similar situation:
    GPU: GTX 1060 6GB
    CPU: i5-4690K @ 3.5GHz
    RAM: 8GB

I have a pretty Beefy PC, would I benefit from this mod or would I need to alter .ini? I have a few mods running, mostly texture replacers and graphical improvements as well as .322 ENB and RUDY's preset
    SPECS:
    GPU-GTX 1080TI
    CPU- i7-8700K @ 4.4-4.7 GHz
    RAM-16 GB DDR 4 2400MHz
    gaming motherboard
    etc.

It depends purely on your install and how well you can optimise your game. If my INIs don't work, you might want to try out the mod mentioned in the pinned comment. It's not a complete replacement for NVSR, but it's a better fix for what mostly causes the microstutter.

Edit: That's a pretty sweet rig btw. I'm jealous lol :P
