Awww that sucks that it doesn't prevent limb damage in the first place. I've been using Live Dismemberment mod for my 500 hour play thru, just got to Honest Hearts and noticed the two Dead Horses killed each other, hacked their limbs off. So this mod won't prevent that from happening.
Hello, comments from 2018 of September and October. But 1 they weren't lazy as you said, they simply didn't have the time, don't forget they only had 1 year and 6 months to work on this. Not exactly a lot of time. To obviously check the minor things that obviously will be overlooked. Cause they aren't important compared to let's say a bug causing you to the fallout of the map or the game's ability to be stable. To its best ability.
Need to test it first, but it will probably help solve an issue if you're using Bleed. That mod was causing the Dead Horses to hack their limbs off, so hopefully this will fix it.
