Behaves like the real Gyrojet guns, doing very little damage at close range and increasing as the player moves farther away from the target (up to about 15 meters). Replaces .esp in main file.

Experimental fix for people who have crashing issues. Does not use leveled lists, scripts, or recipes. Places one gun in the REPCONN facility. Replaces .esp in main file.
