Version 3.1.0
- Added optimized MCM menu (only runs during pause menu). The mod now supports changing settings mid game
- Converted mod to use new system for adding Recon Armors to NPCs. Power Armor added through script will now have Recon Armor added alongside it.

- Power Armor can now actually be prevented from being equipped (if those options are enabled), as opposed to being immediately unequipped if the player is not wearing recon armor. This is thanks to some awesome new ShowOff functions. ShowOff 1.50 is now a requirement.
- Under Armor can no longer be unequipped while wearing Power Armor again. This is now possible in a safe manner because of the new ShowOff functions
- Modified Under Weight setting. Instead of Under Armor weight simply being removed, the wearer will have a percentage of the armor weight offset from their current inventory weight. This applies while using any Under Armor or Recon Helmet while wearing a Powered Torso supported by the system. PA Training perk is required for the benefit. Do not use this and the FO4 Power Armor Features carry weight option at the same time
- Removed Object Effects option. Regular Recon Armors now have unique effect that specifies they don't work while wearing Power Armor. All other effects will work while worn under Power Armor
- Made required Under Armor setting more granular. Under Armor can now only be required for T-45 or Salvaged T-45 armor or helmets, while still having the system work with non-T-45 armors.
- Separated Under Armor Required setting into different settings for Armor and Helmets, allowing Body Armor to require Recon Armor, while helmets do not for instance
- Separated Recon Armor and Unique Armor Chance into separate settings for Armor and Helmets
- Excluded certain named NPCs from being given Recon Armor randomly (unless it is required to wear their armor), to ensure visual continuity
- Changed Under Armor added to NPCs to use bipedless objects. This greatly improves compatibility with NPCs that have their helmets unequipped, and is far less invasive
- Improved Script to handle NPCs that are unable to equip Power Armor. They will now properly equip the best armor in their inventory that is not Power Armor
- Cleaned up messaging system, so player will be correctly notified if they need to acquire Power Armor Training AND Recon Armor in order to use an item
- Added support for missed Army Recon Armor from TTW
- Removed Star Paladin Cross' permanent Recon Helmet
- Added help menu entry describing mod functions. This will appear the first time you attempt to equip Power Armor (unless Tutorial Killer is installed)
- Enclave Armory Master in Broken Steel will have full Composite Recon Armor if Recon Armor works with all Power Armor
- Initiate Reddin will use BoS Under Armor instead of Lyons, and Initiate Jennings will now have Brotherhood Recon Armor and have a Recon Helmet in TTW (as his helmet is lying on the ground beside him)

- Fixed some NPCs with Faction armor receiving the wrong under armor

- Revised mod to use new CallAfterFrame function from xNVSE 6.2.8 instead of game loop callbacks. This is more efficient, and fixes some potential small bugs
- Adjusted reequip script to use TestEquippedSlots from JIP LN NVSE. This resolves a small potential issue with irregularly slotted recon helmets, and greatly improves efficiency function
- Added event handler to catch under armor that could be removed from an actor without being converted into recon armor

- Under Armor can now be unequipped while worn. This will cause the equipped power armor to be unequipped, if Under Armor is required. This fixes a number of potential bugs with items being removed from the players inventory
- Added system for distributing Unique Under Armors to random NPCs. NPCs with a power armor have a percentage chance (default 5%) to have a unique recon armor instead of their faction armor. These Unique Armors can also be bought from Durga, Torres, and the Gun Runners
- Added support for new expansion mod that adds Under Armors with Unique effects while wearing PA
- If Recon Armor is set to be optional, NPCs now have a percent chance of having Under Armor. Configurable in the ini. Default 50%
- Adjusted how armors are given to actors with power armors to prevent issue when npcs with leveled armor reevaluted there lists
- Fixed BoS NPCs in Hidden Valley not unequipping their helmets when not in combat

- Added Basic compatibility for Powered Power Armor. Under Armor from PPA will now operate exactly as other Recon Armors do when using this mod, and the PPA Under Armor scripts will not be used. All the under armors effects remain intact, and they use the same armor forms as they do in PPA. Composite T-45d armor is patched to work with the T-45 only option (This is still untested. PPA will still probably do some things that don't make sense for it to do if using this mod. This is the best I will do, as I don''t use PPA)
