I welcome your input but like I said in the description, I have no intention of making any patches though I will post an update if there are any fixes to be made. If you want to patch something, go for it and I'll post a link in the description. I did try to make a separate patch for the DLC stuff but it wasn't working so I moved on. I'm just about done with my FNV replay and will be moving on to FO3 so I'll probably be updating "The Club House", my first mod.

    Maybe helpful input from the falloutnv_error file after running this mod;

MASTERFILE: Script 10D74AA8 in file 'A suite at the El Rey - Novac.esp' has not been compiled.
MASTERFILE: Script 10D74CD8 in file 'A suite at the El Rey - Novac.esp' has not been compiled.

This might be the source of the de-spawning/unsafe containers/cabinets/lockers above the fridge?

Perhaps, perhaps not. Just a heads up. Still, great mod. Re-downloaded this one to use again after years of not playing NV.

If you only have one player home mod installed it should be this one!!! How you did all this with less than 400KB is AMAZING!!!!!
Both suites have everything you need and nothing you don't! Big player bed and two follower bunks, all crafting amenities provided and the return of the med station just like your Megaton home from Fallout 3. I generally default to the Novac suite in the early to mid game and end up at the El Rey suite in the end game. I have a couple of other home mods installed but the suites get the most use and store all of my extra gear, crafting supplies and all the other crap I collect in game. All the storage is safe and to top it all off you can ship items to either location by simply clicking on any of the Mojave Express containers throughout the wasteland and selecting the destination for the items you drop into the containers inventory then they will automatically be available for pick up in the chosen suite's pick up box in the destination suite you chose. That feature alone saved me more trips in game than I can count!
5 smiley seal of 100% approval!!!!! I endorse and highly recommend this mod!!!
I shared a few screenshots (2 1/2 pages worth) that I had saved in an earlier play through. Apologies for just now getting around to sharing. I love this mod and have received a lot of benefit from having both homes in game! Just the sheer number of screenshots I was able to pull out of my @$$ on a whim to give credit where it is certainly due should give you an idea how much time I spend in these homes and how integral to my game they are! The near total lack of player homes in New Vegas is one of few criticisms I have for the game. The Novac suite was just a place to crash and store gear but now I can actually live there! The Lucky 38 was a bit better but lacked cooking and reloading bench even fully upgraded. Now that I have the El Rey suite I don't give two sh*ts about the 38 anymore. Since installing El Rey the Lucky 38 suite is just the pick up and drop off point for followers. I don't play New Vegas without this mod!
Thank you!!! Thank you!!! Thank you!!!

I know one is not supposed to make requests on this site, and I honestly get why that unspoken rule exists!
But I gotta ask, is it possible to make two separate versions of these, one for Novac and one for El Rey Motel instead of having them both just be clones of each other! Honestly when it comes to my personal opinion I think that it takes much away form the immersion factor, and uniqueness of the locations!
Honestly I might try to edit it myself via FNVedit or perhaps even CK, even though I am not very experienced with neither one of them! But I don't wanna mess up any scripts that might be within the mod!

Nice! A good looking mod, though I was a little disappointed to see the two suites were the same.
Great use of the available space, and plenty of individual storage containers, And they are not auto-sort type either (not a fan of that) which I really appreciate. LOVE the snow globe display - GREAT color. Same with the blanket on the bed - great color.

Now, for the sandbox mode. This is the first time I have used a mod that has your followers do anything but simply follow you in a safe-house, so I don't know what is "normal" for this. I like to see Boone doing things like tinkering with the Mojave Express box or using the chem set or workbench. Much more natural and realistic, and I like it. On the other hand, when leaving either of the suites, both followers (Boone and Ed-E presently) both head back INTO the suite. If I go into another interior (say the hotel lobby) they appear at my side again, but then leave and head back to the suite. If I fast travel, the reappear at my side, but then go off independently of me. When engaging in combat they are back where they should be and attack correctly. Combat seems to make them behave "normally" afterwards.

I don't know of this is normal behavior, a conflict with other mods I am running, or something in your mod. It is NOT a major problem, just annoying. A minor annoyance. It has yet to actually cause a problem - i.e. them not being there for combat or anything like that.
The only thing I would add would be an on/off switch for the jukebox, as I can't seem to get the preset stations (NV Radio etc.) to tune in. I haven't even tried to add a mod station that I am currently using.
Overall, a very nice job, giving you a base of operation in the north that is not on the strip. ENDORSED.

Yes, I too observed that sandbox behavior but found it stopped after a few trips in and out. I assumed it was a problem on my end. I wa repeatedly fast traveling between the 2 locations and assumed I was just loading up on packages. I'll try tweaking those AI packages
The 4 top center jukebox buttons should each act like an individual jukebox. Clicking on them should shut them off / on. Didn't want to do a lot of elaborate scripting. I try to keep scripting to a minimum and use only vanilla assets unless I need to create something like the ceiling beams (I've worked in construction enough that that unsupported ceiling just bugged me.). The rest of the buttons don't have stations assigned to them so they do nothing. I just put them there in case others wanted to add to it. I've only used one radio mod that expanded on one of the vanilla stations.
There is one small difference between the 2 suites as I quite often found myself not being sure where I was. The small El Rey sign above the Mojave Exp box. If I had to choose just one location it would be the El Rey, though it's a big help having the Novac location early on. When I made the original mod way back when, I hadn't discovered the El Rey yet. When I did it made sense just to duplicate it as the 2 buildings are identical. I'd already put a lot of work into the Novac. Once I'm certain all the bugs have been worked out I may offer a separated version.

Thanks for the feedback. Without it I wouldn't know if the glitches are just me. I'm not really a "modder" but I always tweak by Beth games and some are worth sharing.

Well, for a guy who is "not really a modder", you did one hellova job!
Another plus for me and my set-up is the lack of a performance hit. Just an old laptop and I LOVE to find mods that run without bringing it to a near or total standstill. Kudos
