Tool to access npc inventory without console command to fashion citizens of the wasteland!

NPC Tailor Tool
Update: 1.1 Adds Vogue Bender to the weapon holdout list via script so you can bring it into casinos and other guarded places if you have enough Sneak skill. Listen for single magic confirmation sound for list update success when loading save with mod active.
On loading a save a "weapon" called Vogue Bender is added to the player. The tool shortcuts console command to access and equip npcs with the outfits you've been downloading on Nexus. Equip the knuckles, activate an npc and choose Mod NPC to access their inventory. Checks for the target to be an actor so that it doesn't request on doors and containers. Choosing Talk in the menu counts as distant speech, they might greet you but won't pull you into dialogue. Unequip when finished tailoring to return to normal interaction. This tool was inspired by a mod for FO3 called Beauty Stick by Sorwen, which functions very similarly.
