If you nuke somebody, shouldn't they be really pissed off about it? What this mod does is, whoever you nuke at the end of Lonesome Road, whatever good deeds you did for them previously, become irrelevant. All fame you have with the nuked factions is removed, thus causing your reputation with them to plummet to "Vilified".

Whoever you nuke, whether it be the Legion, NCR, or both, they will be filled with burning hatred for you, as they should. You can't just kill hundreds of NCR civilians or Legionaries and expect to mosey about through their territory like nothing happened. "Hey uh, I know you nuked us and all but, I know you're a good guy at heart. I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed". No, f**k that.
