   So if I install this one I assume all my equipment in the Novac apt will be gone?

      That was the case for me. I first disabled this mod and moved everything out before re-enabling it and moving back in, so to speak.

   I like the new interior of this Novac motel room. How is light looks different? did you use ENB or something? the preview images are looking crisp and great.
