for future note to anyone asking what my mask/armor is from
mask is just the gas mask from lonesome road but from another mod the glasses are from blackjack armor pack and the armor is from the couriers pack mod thing (the one with the die hard pack)
the hair and character race is from the daughter of ares mod the mask is just a renamed gas mask from the lonesome road dlc and the glasses are from the blackjack armor pack
Unsure about the cowboy perk but as for the weapon stats

I just finished a full review of the weapons in a quest playthrough that should be out tonight. My overall opinion just because of how underpowered they are, I am not a fan, but I do like them nonetheless. They'd pe *PERFECT* for low level players to find though, as a starter at least. Don't recommend for higher level players.
