Mod doesn't work for me. The Metal Reinforced model works fine, but for some reason, the normal Metal Armor doesn't actually work. Any help would be appreciated.
The normal Metal Armor still had right shoulder spikes for me so I took a look at the normal Metal Armor folder and found that one of the files was named wrong. the 516 kb 'outfitm.nif' is supposed to be called 'oufitm.nif', without the first t. So either change the name of the file in the mod folder before copying, or remove the 533 kb one with the right name (oufitm.nif) and rename the 516 kb one to take its place as the new oufitm.nif.
Works fine now, spikes on only the left side shoulder.

yeah i really would like that but i have almost 0 modding experience, however i'm considering adding that tesla-arc-glow-lightning (whatever you call it lol) thing to metal armors. i can use some help, for example if someone could place tesla coils from tesla armor to left shoulder it would be great. lets see how it will go
I might try giving it a go, only last time I tried to attach a new mesh to an armor in NifSkope it didn't work out that great. Armor is a bit different than a weapon with all the bones and nodes and such. But if I can pull it off I'll let ya know.
Have you been thinkin' about making classic Fallout 2 Tesla metal armor ass well? I found one mod, but don't like it. Something more like your's Classic metal armor, but with lightning bolt insignia and maybe few tesla coils on shoulder pad? ( like in Gannon's family Power Armor). DT like 16 and energy resistance 65 will keep the original idea... Just think about it...OK? Pitty pitty please...
