Considering the NCR is only mentioned to have the one prison out here (NCRCF), it's likely either desegregated, or has both men's and women's wings like a lot of real-life prisons do. I doubt the NCR have the time, resources, or inclination to build an entirely separate women's prison.
Exactly they wouldn't have the time or resources to be picky (unless someone can link me to where in the lore it says otherwise), they'd probably lock some of the worst female offenders up in the NCRCF and call it a day because the ladies can fend for themselves. We all know female fiends and raiders can mess you up as easily as the men.
Fallout 3 has a mod that uses Ai to generate dialogue using ingame voices. You just type in text, then use sliders to fine tune the pitch. Perhaps there is a way this could be ported over? Or atleast someone reading this can do it.
Hey there, even, after you convert it to esm, I'm still encountering the skin color mismatches problem nowadays, I'm using T4 body and NVR3, could that be what causing the problem?
