About this mod
This mod only affects non-quintessential NPCs such as the various random gangers in the Visitor Center and the snipers.
Quest Givers and important NPCs like Eddie, Dawes, and Chavez remain unaffected UNLESS you are using my "Simple Cosmetic Changes" mod, which
goes hand-in-hand nicely with this mod (as SCC only affects named/important NP

Female Powder Gangers
Ever wondered why such a large NCR-controlled prison holding dozens, possibly thousands of prisoners doesn't have a single female inmate? Well not anymore, this mod aims to add a bit of much needed diversity into the NCR's correctional facility and Powder Ganger organization by replacing some of the inconsequential NPCs into females. Easy to do I know, however after searching for a mod like this one I came up dry so I decided to make my own.
What it changes:
Several (not all) inconsequential NCRCF/Powder Ganger NPCs (Snipers, Bodyguard, Melee, Road patrollers, etc). This also adds female gangers to all of the powder ganger camps, as well as the NCRF Prison, this does not affect Primm or Vault 22.
What it doesn't change:
Important NPCs like Eddie, Dawes, Meyers, Hannigan, & Chavez.
Known Issues:
Because the only dialogue lines recorded for the NCRCF/Powder Gangers are male there are no female voices for the new gangers, therefore I have added them to the 'humanraidervoice' faction so they will speak generic Fiend/Raider dialogue. They will mutter the generic greeting, however a lot of times they will be mute and say Powder Ganger lines.
*NOTE: Do not use this in conjunction with my old Female Powder Ganger mod as this will overwrite the files anyway.
